Dial 011, the international access code.

Dial 7, the Russian country code.

the area code for Tver the city is 0822. The area code for TVER the region is 082. Since we will be staying the city proper, use 0822. If you have problems hit 00 on your phone and ask for the international operator and he or she will dial it for you.
